百度 一家第三方P2P产品投资平台负责人向21世纪经济报道记者坦言，自建资产端是大势所趋，一则他们越来越担心互金平台由于无法通过验收备案而被迫开展项目清算，相关退款流程繁琐会影响投资者体验；二则基于业绩增长考量，他们也需要改变以往主要依赖投资者导流的收费模式，通过撮合P2P交易能获得可观的利差收益。
